3). The Government of the United States of America

The premise of this organization, created by Sovereign Citizen Keith Livingway Et all; is to use PMA’s in order to separate himself and his followers from the jurisdiction of the ACTUAL United States along with the liability of the public debt that comes with being a U.S Citizen.
