It’s obvious that the gentleman on that video has listened to me at some point in time on some podcast or interview. He used the term “peaceful settlement” and I am the only one that has put out that information or even talks about it; in relation to self-determination. It’s in the International Law, but these “gurus” don’t use this terminology. Just like this guy, they all start promoting some false premise relating to themselves “already being sovereign” and “possessing rights” which they (and their so-called followers) don’t have.
I don’t know him. But, as soon as he said that “he teaches Creditors in Commerce” and that “you are the Creditor”… I went to look at his website. What he said is not True. His website is only one page. It contains the following statement…

Total garbage…..THIS IS PRISON TIME. He has no clue what he is doing and no clue what he is talking about. The Vatican’s “Cestui Que Vie” Trust….is “not his Trust to “secure”. I would tell him right off the bat… “you’re not the Trustor, you are not the Beneficiary, you are not the Trustee; therefore TOUCH THIS AT YOUR PERIL”. This is nothing, and you don’t get to be WRONG with this. This is not a game. Particularly, it is not a game of horseshoes or darts; where you get “points for being close to the bull’s eye”. Being wrong IN LAW….means being incompetent to handle affairs. This is where the rubber meets the road. Self Determination is about forming a government and building a Society that is “separate and apart” by ASSUMING YOUR SEPARATE AND EQUAL STATION. This site says nothing of the sort; meaning that the information is false and anyone using this will go to prison. He is adding “self-determination lingo” as a variation on the Theme of PATRIOT IDIOT PROCESSES called “Authentication of Birth Record and UCC Redemption and/or Taking Control of Your Strawman and/or Changing the Trustee on the Trust and/or Establishing Your Treasury Direct Account“. All of this is “banking” and all banking is done by Treaty. I didn’t hear him mention the word “treaty” once.
He actually says…
36:13 “so unless you alter these contracts and negotiate these contracts would be favorable to you-you’re basically going to be holding liabilities
36:18 so what we do is we go in and we change this structure of this trust that you’re under through the birth certificate and the accommodation of a legal fiction
this is about 45:14 self-determination and being able to 45:17 exercise the Republic rights that we 45:22 have
The Right of Self Determination is not about “republic rights”. If he wants to build a “new republic”; separate from the US; then he can do that by using the International Protocols laid down for this. But, this is not what he is talking about….it isn’t even IN HIS MIND. He knows nothing about International Law other than some “catchphrases”; like from listening to one of the interviews that I did somewhere. But, mixing this with “Straw Man” terminology gives him up as a fraud who is seeking to offer some Patriot Guru Service in order to pocket some money.
Of course, after this diatribe, these guys go back into “cryptocurrency”. Their focus is “puny”. Here is the last thing on his website…

Secured Party Creditor..??? Winston Shrout, after 20 years of getting others into trouble and into prison using this UCC Secured Party “redemption” process; just got sentenced to 10 years in prison. Do you know how many thousands of people have gone to prison over the past 30 years for this “legal nonsense”.?? If you need more information on this, check out the Southern Poverty Law Center. I could provide a list of probably a dozen or so that I knew personally…that refused to listen to me; and they ended up in prison. For every one of those that didn’t end up in prison; they got massive fines and penalties either from the IRS or from Banks doing forbearance agreements to reinstate mortgages where they sent in fraudulent payment instruments or for filing FAKE LIENS against either the US Government or US Agents, Clerks, and Judges. If they were not able to pay these fines or instate a forbearance agreement, then they lost everything they had and ended up in Bankruptcy. Many, also, lost their health due to the stress and ended up on some sort of Government assistance or disability program.
Really,…? This guy….he can “make someone a self-determinant International Juridical Construct” and build a Society and New State for “500 bucks”, eh?
I would consider this a joke, but it’s too serious. People get hurt badly for BEING WRONG about “the law’. BEING WRONG about “law” proves one thing to the Judges and the System…that the “Party in Error” is noncompos mentis. This is not Self Determination….or anywhere close. Mixed technology…a few phrases that he got from “somewhere” else….and an offhanded invite to get into trouble.
